1. Payment for your stay is to be made either by cheque payable to S Kennedy and sent to: 2. A deposit of £100 is required on all bookings with the balance to be paid four weeks prior to the commencement of your stay. All bookings made less than four weeks in advance are required to be paid in full. 3. Should you need to cancel for any reason we will endeavour to re-let for the dates booked by your and if successful will refund the amount received for that booking. We do strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance. 4. The price quoted includes the relevant number of nights stay plus bed linen, towels, gas, electricity, parking, high speed wireless internet, and also the cost of cleaning and laundry. 5. The person making the booking and paying will be liable for any damages or losses incurred during the period of your stay. We ask that you leave the premises in the same good state and order that it was at the start of your stay and to report and make full payments to us for any losses, damage or excessive cleaning charges incurred during your stay. 6. No other persons other than those booked to stay shall be premitted to stay overnight. 7. No dogs or other animals shall be allowed on the premises at any time. 8. No smoking is allowed in the property at any time. All bookings are taken on the understanding that person making the booking has read and understood our terms and conditions. |
